A very exclusive opportunity for guests of Acorn Hollow B&B to work under the tutelage of professional winemaker, Jim Waters to learn how to (& actually make) your own wine.
Vine University is a two-part experience that includes:
* A two-night stay at Acorn Hollow B&B for Session I.
* A full, candlelight breakfast each morning at Acorn Hollow B&B.
* Refreshments each afternoon at the B&B.
* Two, intensive "Winemaking 101" classes at Water's Crest Winery presented by the winemaker, Jim Waters.
* Lunch is included at the winery on both days.
* All the knowledge & physical equipment (each couple) needs to make your own wine...two & a half cases worth!!
* Two gift certificates per couple to dine at the two restaurants of your choice.
* Perfect your craft at home over the next few months.
* Come back to Acorn Hollow B&B for a one night stay in late fall for Session II.
Breakfast & refreshments are again included.
* Attend a private wine-pairing dinner with your classmates at The Jamesport Manor Inn where your wine will be tasted & judged by a celebrity panel. Graduation diplomas will be awarded.
